    SALARY                                Band 5 – £23,500 whole time salary (pro rata – £18,368 actual salary)

    WORKING PATTERN       33.5 hours a week – Term Time Only + 5 PD Days

    At Rossmere we have given the title of ‘Learning Coach’ to our teaching assistants, to explain the importance we place on them coaching young children in their learning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their career as you will have your own area of learning to be responsible for.

    You will initially be working as a Learning Coach in Key Stage 1; delivering an intervention programme to children from several classes, teaching a phonics group and supporting children to access the curriculum in class. A willingness to move elsewhere in school in future is also required.
