Transition

At Rossmere Primary School we recognise how important a successful transition is to our pupils with special needs.

We work closely with our local secondary schools to ensure a successful transition for all of our pupils. We have an ‘early transition programme’ which entails children visiting their chosen secondary school from year 5. We invite representatives from our local secondary schools to review meetings ready for transition. If you have any concerns/questions about your child’s secondary school placement please speak to Mrs Hassan at the Earliest opportunity.
